Modular S-Plex Buildings are a highly versatile and cost-e ective space solution for nearly any application where additional
space is needed, including commercial and construction o ces, sales o ces, classrooms and training rooms, high-pro le
job-sites, and growing organizations.

Modular S-Plex Buildings are easily assembled and expandable to meet changing needs. Select from one model or combine
several of the 4 oor plan options to create your own unique con guration. There are 2 end wall models and 2 middle models:

• Model A: End Wall option with 2 private o ces, a co ee SATELLITE SHELTERS, INC.
